about
The single, as explained by guitarist/founding member Sabian Lynch, focuses heavily on the weight we all feel, of not knowing who to trust in times of need. "It seems to be a common theme these days to get stabbed in the back, and it’s getting more and more common that people get manipulated by those they thought they could trust; we’ve all been stabbed in the back more times than we can count. It’s so hard to trust anyone these days, you always find yourself with one eye over your shoulder, continuously on the look out for snakes amongst the grass." Lynch ends his statement with a caveat, "While I'm sure there will be assumptions made, the lyrics for this song started a long time ago, and are not directed at any one person in particular; the song is directed at humanity itself."
I am more a melodeath guy than deathcore, but I enjoy all the symphonic elements or rythym changes. This album is a BLAST omg my neck hurt, so much headbang🤘🤘 olive855
Not a fan of the new album but this Polaris album is just what I love about metalcore. Saw them live in CH last year and on stage they are amazing. If you're new to Polaris (doubt it) start here ! sachavonkarl74
